4. 7:15 PM Brian Domina, of Berkshire Regional Planning Commission, to receive comments from the Selectmen, emergency responders and interested residents on the “draft” of the Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan.
5. Selectmen to vote to appoint alternate and member of the Planning Board.
6. Selectmen to vote to appoint Barbara Roberts to the 250th Anniversary Committee.
7. Selectmen to review letter from town administrator applicant.
8. Selectmen to discuss police chief working past the age of 65.
9. Selectmen to review the Berkshire Metropolitan Planning Organization Memorandum of Understanding.
10. Selectmen to discuss increasing the Town of Washington’s share of fire protection.
11. Selectmen to vote to sign letter of intent to participate in the Southern Berkshire County Regional Household Hazardous Waste Collection program for fiscal year 2012.
12. Selectmen to review request from the school committee to place article on Annual Town Meeting Warrant regarding the establishment of a CBRSD Stabilization Fund.
13. Selectmen to review letter regarding recent ethics violations, conflict of interest charges, Board of Health lack of knowledge, and the Board of Health’s confusion.
