4. Brian Domina from Berkshire Regional Planning Commission to address the Board regarding the Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan.
5. Berkshire Regional Planning Commission to address the Board regarding the Community Development Strategy Plan.
6. Selectmen to vote to sign Order of Taking for property located in Jacobs Well.
7. Selectmen to review email regarding Forest Future Visioning Process Survey.
8. Selectmen to review application for a special permit for the existing building to serve as a year round apartment and also to allow for a real estate and septic sales business office.
9. Berkshire County Selectmen’s Association dinner meeting on October 21, 2010 at the Bounti Fare restaurant in Adams.
10. Any other business to come before the Board.
11. Review Correspondence.
12. 8:00 PM Selectmen to go into Executive Session to discuss complaints against Fire Chief.
