1. Selectmen’s Comments and Announcements.
2. Selectmen to review minutes of previous meeting(s).
3. Public Input.
4. Selectmen to vote to sign the warrant for meeting on October 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Becket Town Hall to consider the organization of the Sherwood Forest Lake District.
5. Selectmen to sign lease documents for excavator for the highway department.
6. Selectmen to vote to appoint members to the Town Administrator Search Committee.
7. Selectmen to vote to appoint members to the CDBG Task Force.
8. Selectmen to vote to sign letter to the Town of Chester accepting contract for Vocational Transportation in the amount of $16,026.38.
9. Selectmen to review brochure from Ann Jon regarding sculptures that she would like to display in areas of Becket.
10. Selectmen to review letter from BRPC regarding Metropolitan Planning Organization and discuss appointing a member to this organization.
11. Selectmen to review memo from the Town Clerk regarding 4 hour minimum for election workers.
12. Selectmen to vote to proclaim October 24, 2010 as United Nations Day.
13. Selectmen to vote to initial Becket Ambulance Department Request for Write-Off Report.
14. Selectmen to review Special Permit Application for a set of outside stairs from 2nd Floor Storage Area which had to change directions of landing at 3493 Jacobs Ladder Road.
15. Any other business to come before the Board.
