4. Joel Bard, Attorney from Kopelman and Paige, to address the Board.
5. Treasurer and Tax Collector to address the Board regarding issue with tax bills.
6. Selectmen to reschedule Pole Hearing on the proposed installation of four (4) jointly owned poles to shorten the spans for larger sized wires located on Benton Hill Road.
7. 7:45 PM Bill Elovirta to address the Board regarding issues at the Becket Quarry.
8. Fire Department to address the Board regarding well at fire station #1.
9. Selectmen to review letter from Jesse Briggs, Instructor of the First Responder classes, regarding the Fire Chief’s failure to authorize payment for services rendered.

11. Pam Riel to address the Board regarding a waiver for her son to attend Westfield or Smith Vocational School.
12. Selectmen to review letter from Police Chief regarding road closing barriers on Big Bass Lane.

14. Selectmen to vote to issue a one-day liquor to the Becket YMCA Chimney Corners camp for a wedding reception.
15. Selectmen to vote to sign Extension Agreement between CET and the Town of Becket for the Collection of Hazardous Waste Through the Multi-Town Collaborative.
16. Selectmen to review email from Karl Rausch regarding the Chambers Advisory Group Review Report.
17. Selectmen to vote to sign the Town of Becket’s fiscal year 2010 engagement letter from auditor.
18. Selectmen to discuss the Town of Washington’s share of fire protection provided by the Becket Volunteer Fire Department.
