5. Selectmen to vote to sign a Wage and Benefit Agreement for W. David Zagorski Principal Assessor.
6. Selectmen to vote to sign Agreement for Shared Vocational Transportation Services Between the Towns of Becket, Chester, Huntington, Middlefield, Montgomery, Russell and Washington.
7. Selectmen to review letter from the Board of Assessors advising that they voted to release $125,000 from Overlay to Overlay Surplus.
8. Selectmen to vote to sign MECnet Sales Agreement: FY 2010-2011 for internet services.
9. Selectmen to vote to sign Contract Amendment #1 Between the Town of Becket and Berkshire Regional Planning Commission.
