3. Town Administrator’s report.
a. Finance Committee inviting Selectmen to their meetings on 11/12/09 and 12/17/09 (at which Jim Stankiewicz, Superintendent of CBRSD will be present)
b. Report on Dry Hydrant status and proposed locations
c. Feedback from the Recreation Committee on request for $500
d. Report on CDBG status
e. Central Berkshire Fund fund-raising update
f. Announcement of Emergency Committee meeting on Saturday 10/24/09 at 10:00 AM at Town Hall.
4. Selectmen to discuss and review the Community Development Strategy and vote to accept.
5. Selectmen to review memo and draft license agreement re the Community Garden and vote as to whether to accept license agreement to allow use of town hall property for the purpose of a farm stand to sell produce from the Community Garden.
6. Selectmen to review Citations Issued in 2009 from the Becket Police Department.
7. Selectmen to review letter from the Office of the Attorney General regarding OUI Notices.
8. Selectmen to vote to appoint member to the CBRSD Strategic Planning Committee.
9. Selectmen to vote to set parking ban.
10. Any other business to come before the Board.
11. Review Correspondence.
12. Selectmen to review payroll/expense warrants.
13. Selectmen to vote to go into executive session for purposes of discussing litigation strategy and not to return to public session.
