3. Selectmen to vote to sign annual agreement between the Town and the Lee Regional Visiting Nurse Association.
4. Selectmen to vote to renew membership to the Berkshire County Selectmen’s Association.
5. Selectmen to review letter of interest from Barbara Stuhlmann to be appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
6. Selectmen to review copy of letter sent to Mark LeVasseur of Foresight Land Service from RDA Construction regarding Yokum Pond Road Bridge Replacement and Related Work.
7. Invitation to the Becket Arts Center Donor’s Buffet Reception on July 20, 2009 at 6 p.m.
8. Selectmen to review Application for a Variance from Mary and Robert Alarie to allow the continued use of a non-complying structure on lot.
