SHERWOOD GREENS ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
PRUDENTIAL COMMITTEE
MINUTES OF THE JUNE 4,2011 MEETING
The meeting was called to order at 11:35.
Present were committee members: Joe Gaze, David Neelon, Jeff Kotkin, Betsy Epstein, and Terry Hayden. Also present were: Richard Pryor, John Kammerman, Jeanne Pryor, and Mary White.
The warrant was reviewed and signed.
There was a statement of taxes in arrears due to Sherwood Greens submitted by Jeanne.
David Neelon and Terry Hayden were sworn in as prudential committee members by Mary White, District Clerk.
Betsy moved to temporarily appoint John Kammerman to the Committee, subject to review by our attorney. Richard Pryor said that if it were him, he would prefer to wait until the attorney approved to be appointed. John agreed, and Betsy withdrew the motion.
Terry asked if an opinion could be received by our meeting on the 25th? The consensus was that it could.
Jeanne was asked to compose a letter to our attorney asking what are the criteria to be a full time resident, and also, can the Prudential Committee appoint a member to the committee until the next annual meeting, or would it require a Special District Meeting?
The meeting was adjourned at 11:58.
The next meeting is June 25th.
