1. Approve minutes from last meeting
2. Discuss beach program-lessons and hiring life guards
3. Summer parks program - college students?
4.Order materials needed for parks-bb hoops, volleyball net, balls,etc
5. Cement in bb pole at skateboard area
6. Hire someone to rebuild roofs of dugouts and repair wall that is collapsing
7. Do drainage to vb court and put in better road surface to get sand and emergency vehicles to lower park area
8. Get info on rebuilding/repairing track at NB Park.
9. Plant purchases and gardening for town parks
10. Discuss repair/replacement of tennis court fencing
11. Other business
