Meeting called to order: 7:17pm
Review and Acceptance of Meeting Minutes from January 14th, 2009 .
No quorum present ; Ms. LaBelle advises that the minutes will have to be put on the March 11th Agenda for review and acceptance.
Ms. LaBelle advises with just two planning board members in attendance , all regular business will have to be put on the March 11th agenda for discussion.
