  • There was a discussion about the need to formally vote on accepting/amending meeting minutes. Directional Maps – Rob disassembled the West Becket frame (upright posts are salvageable). Crossmemebers may be okay also – Rob is filling with exterior wood filler to try to salvage. Aaron contacted sign vendor to inquire about using Plexiglas over the maps – there should not be any issues in doing so. Rob is getting pricing on Plexiglas from several vendors: County Glass = $134 /sheet  Berkshire Plate Glass = $100/sheet. Aaron will contact, via email, a person at Sabic that Rob was given contact information for, as a possible source for Plexiglas (Doreen.canzanella@sabic-ip.com). Given the expense required to fix the frames for the maps, Aaron moved to set a $600 limit to fix/winterize the maps. Rob seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

Apothecary – Rob continues to wait for a response / action from the homeowners

Historical Plaques – Aaron has contacted SignSmith several times – is waiting on reply.

  • Rob wrote a thank you note to Skip (Dish Hollow proprietor) for trading us postcards to add to our collection.
