Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, November 14th, 2012
Board of Health Members Present: Ginger Conner, Bill Robinson, Chuck Andrews
Board of Health Members Absent: None.
Meeting opens at: 10:00 am
Approval of October November 7th Meeting Minutes- Board members read and review minutes as presented, members approve meeting minutes as presented, Ginger and Bill sign draft of minutes as prepared by Heather.
Ginger advises that she has received two letters of interest from people interested in the Board of Health. She presents the letters received; one from John Amato and one from Gene Pike, to Chuck Andrews for his review. Chuck reads and reviews the letters, confirms that they both look like good choices.
Map 213 Lot 109- Lavery- Ginger advises that the inspection has been completed and they are issuing a Certificate of Compliance.
Map 413 Lot 24- Andy Williams from Chris Williams Excavating – Mr. Williams enters the meeting and explains that he needs a Septic Field Permit for Installing, the property is located at 1210 Main Street. Mr. Williams advises that he needs the permit for the guest house, Ginger asks Mr. Williams for his license, issues permit.
Map 417 Lot 13.02- Parson’s Way-Sign off from Engineer approving the septic design. Ginger advises that her and Peter Franz have inspected the new system and it has passed .
Map 216 Lot 98- 266 Jester’s Lane- Ginger advises that a new septic system has been approved, payment received.
10:41 am- Mr. Chuck Andrews makes a motion to recommend to the Board of Selectmen that Gene Pike and John Amato fill the unexpired terms of Board of Health members, Bill Robinson and Chuck Andrews; Bill second motion; Unanimous Approval.
11:00 am- Ginger receives and accepts two letters of resignation from Bill Robinson and Chuck Andrews.
10:50 am- Bill Robinson makes a motion to adjourn the meeting; Chuck seconds motion , meeting is adjourned at 10:50.
Schedule next meeting for Wednesday November 21st, 2012.
