The meeting opened at 10:15 AM when a quorum was achieved. There were no visitors.
Both members approved the 1/19/2011 Minutes.
Both members approved the draft of the Board of Health Annual Report.
Both members approved the Application for Disposal construction Permit at 211 Maid Marion (217/249).
Both members approved memberships of the MA Health Officers Association and Western MA Public Health Association.
The meeting adjourned at 11:30 AM.
