The meeting was called to order at 7 PM and the 10/06/2010 Minutes and the 10/15/2010 Department Payments to Treasurer were approved by all members.
Soil Suitability Assessments at 156 Old Pond Road (Map 210 lots 72 & 73) and
Surriner Road (Map 412 lot 30) were approved by all members. Both locations were witnessed William Robinson.
An application for a well permit at Brooker Hill Road (Map 410 lot 23) was approved by all members. The permit will be issued on site with the selected well driller.
Applications for Disposal System Construction Permits were approved by all members at:
156 Old Pond Road Map 210 lots 72 & 73
Brooker Hill Road Map 410 lot 23
510 Benton Hill Road Map 209 lot 32
413 Sherwood Drive Map 215 lot 223
Stoney Brook Map 217 lot 40.07
Title 5 Inspections were approved by all members at:
84 Whistling Arrow Map 216 lot 505
531 Benton Hill Road Map 206 lot 16
Revised septic plans for two Applications for Disposal System Construction Permits were submitted and approved by all members at:
17 Long Bow Circle Lane Map 214 lot 31
11 Lake Shore Drive Map 204 lot 164
