The September 1, 2010 minutes were approved by both members.
The September 14, 2010 Departmental Payments to Treasurer were approved by both members.
Title 5 Inspections at 39 Becket West Road (Map 204 Lot 49) (BOH member at site William S. Fuller) and 20 Spruce Drive (Map 408 Lot 42) (BOH member at site William Robinson) were approved by both members.
A percolation test at 211 Maid Marion (Map 217 Lot 249) was observed by William S. Fuller. A soil sample was taken to be evaluated by the University of Massachusetts Laboratory to determine the validity of the test.
An Application for Disposal System Construction Permit at 1725 Main Street (Map 210 Lot 33) was approved by both members. The approval is for a tight tank with seasonal use.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
