The 5/19/2010 Minutes and the 5/28/2010 Department Payments to Treasurer were approved.
The new requirements for minutes were noted and filed.
A notification about a Certified Food Protection Manager Workshop was received and noted.
The Board was notified that Mumps and Influenza Advisories had been provided to all camps by DPH.
A notice of a Fatality Management Tabletop Exercise was received and noted.
Title 5 Inspections were done at the following:
596 King Richard Map 216 lot 341 (failure)
97 Lancelot Lane Map 217 lot 84 (failure)
125 Trail Circle Map 213 lot 106 (failure)
285 Jesters Lane Map 216 lot 107 (conditional pass)
Soil Suitability Assessments were approved at:
Alan-a-dale Drive Map 217 lot 187
Friar Tuck Map 217 lot 171
An Application for Disposal System Construction Permit was approved at:
130 High Street Map 206 lot 68
The Board had no visitors and no phone calls.
