The meeting was opened at 7:00 PM and the 5/05/10 Minutes were approved.
A notice of a meeting on BOH Regionalization in Westfield was noted and filed.
The NALBOH Annual Conference was noted.
An update on the progress of the repair at 86 Will Scarlet Drive was received and messages filed.
An Administrative Consent Order for a new well at the Becket General Store was reviewed and filed without any action.
The progress of the percolation tests of lots for sale at auction was reviewed. These lots had a single percolation test on file.
A Soil Suitability Assessment of a lot at Map 410 lot 12.2 on Pill Drive was approved.
An Application for Disposal System Construction Permit at 338 King Richard Drive, Map 216 lots 260, 261 was approved.
Ginner Conner reviewed all items on 5/20/10.
