The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM and the 4/21/10 minutes and the 4/23/10 and the 5/05/10 Department Payments to Treasurer were approved.
A health advisory concerning Denque Infection among relief workers returning from Haiti was received. We will send copies to the summer camps.
Grants are available to towns to reduce toxic chemical use. TURI Community Grant Program.
A Temporary Food Establishment Training Program is scheduled in Pittsfield on June 9.
A Public Health Regionalization in MA teleconference is scheduled for May 10.
A Title 5 Inspection for 395 King Richard (Map 216 lot 307) was approved.
Soil Suitability Assessments were approved at Long Bow Lane West (Map 213 lot 89.2) and Surriner Road (Map 412 lot 29.2).
A Subsurface Disposal System Upgrade was approved at 10 Mallard Drive (Map 212 lot 21).
The Board approved 16 beach permits and will provide each beach with a sign indicating approval.
The septic system at 86 Will Scarlet is in the process of being repaired so that it will be in compliance with Title 5 Regulations.
