Becket Board of Health

The meeting was opened at 7:00 PM and the 4/7/10 minutes were approved.
Two visitors were Tim Carrol and Sue Deacon inquiring about 86 Will Scarlet Drive. We showed a memorandum from Mike Kulig and discussed our meeting with Paul Nietupski. In short, the Becket Board of Health will rescind the existing Certificate of Compliance and not act on the Title 5 Inspection until the projected repair is completed.
The Board of Health will publish in a newspaper of general circulation a notice from the Berkshire County Mosquito Project stating the anticipated schedules and locations of the proposed application of mosquito adulticides.
Berkshire Engineering has submitted a change in design data for Map 207 lot 32.13 on McNerney Road.
The Becket Board of Health approved the recommendation of DEP to rescind the existing Certificate of Compliance at 86 Will Scarlet and will inspect with DEP the planned repair of the septic system.
A notice regarding the necessary changes to the septic system at Uncle Larry’s Tavern (414/38) was received, noted and filed.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
