The meeting was opened at 7:00 PM and a discussion of the problems of the septic system at 86 Will Scarlet was addressed by Erin Kirchner, Sue Deacon and Mike Kulig. There is to be continued observation by all to arrive at a workable solution.
The 3/17/10 Minutes and the 3/29/10 Department Payments to treasurer were approved.
Information on a Regional Health Dialogue was shared.
A notice of Beaver Funding Assistance was shared.
Memos from the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding a driveway at 263 Tyringham Road were shared—no action taken.
A meeting will be held on 4/29/10 to discuss the success—failure—problems with the H1N1 Clinics.
The staff will be required to submit an “Individual Agreement of Non-Disclosure and Statement of CORI Certification Compliance.”
The Board has “no comment” on the application for a variance at 53 Will Scarlet Drive.

An Application for Disposal System Construction Permit at 34 Berkshire Road (Map 204 lot 176) was approved.
