The 2/03/10 meeting was cancelled as there was not a quorum.
The 1/20/10 Minutes were approved.
The new email procedure was discussed and the Annual Town Report was reviewed.
Two Zoning Board of Appeals memos were reviewed. A memo concerning the 31 Western Ave. project was sent to the Zoning Board.
A Post-Audit Completion Statement concerning a truck wreck on the Mass Pike was reviewed and filed.
A new ground water rule was reviewed and filed.
Notices of three meetings were shared.
Mr. Fuller met with the Selectmen concerning the septic system at Map 216 lot 560.
