The meeting was called to order at 7 PM and the 1/06/10 minutes were approved.
The Conservation Commission Agenda was reviewed with no comments.
A dumpster was located at 271 Jesters Lane and the cleanup of the yard is progressing.
The Annual Town Report is due January 31st.
Noncompliance reports from DEP were received and filed for sanitary surveys at Town Hall, Lake View General Store, Becket Country Store and Uncle Larry’s Tavern.
A new ground water rule required “triggered source water monitoring of all transient non-community water systems.” We are checking with Mr. Enser of Berkshire Enviro-Labs, Inc. about this rule and the non-compliance reports.
An Application for Disposal System Construction Permit at 555 Woodmere (Map 408 lot 45) was approved.
The meeting adjourned at 8 PM.
