The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM and the 12/16/09 minutes and the 12/31/09 Department Payments to Treasurer were approved.
The 12/17/09 Remarks of the DPH Commissioner on the Swine Flu were shared with the Board.
A 12/18/09 Summary of CDC Public Health Messages on the Swine Flu was shared with the Board.
Information concerning the Local Health Internship Program for 2010 was reviewed with no decision on participation.
Our flu clinic was publicized with other clinics in the Berkshire Eagle.
An updated, comprehensive manual of BOH laws and regulations was received and filed.
A Title 5 Inspection for 1304 George Carter Rd. (Map 403 lot 2.1) was approved.
A redesigned septic plan for Map 207 lots 32.1 and 32.2 on McNerney Road was approved.
A Membership to the National Association of Local Boards of Health was reviewed.
