MINUTES
Becket Board of Health
10/21/09

Present:  William S. Fuller
           William Robinson
            Ginger Conner

The Board met at 11 AM on 10/20/09 to plan for the H1N1 flu clinics which have been postponed because of the lack of vaccine at this time.

To avoid a conflict of interest possibility, Messrs. Robinson and Fuller discussed the Application for Disposal System Construction Permit at 2226 Main Street (Map 209 lot 1) when Mrs. Conner was not present.

Mr. Robinson was present at the normal meeting time of 7-8 PM on October 21 and had one visitor, Mr. Speranzo, inquiring about his Application for Disposal System Construction Permit at McNerney Road (Map 20 lot 32.2).

Individually, members reviewed all items on the agenda and have indicated their approval.

        The 10/07/09 minutes were approved.

The Town Administrator’s letter to camps and the Kushi Institute concerning the location of their buildings and other physical facilities was reviewed.  We agreed that the Bonny Rigg CampGround should also be considered.

All members will take the Ethics Reform Bill Training.

The well at the Becket General Store was discussed and the concensus was that we should encourage the DEP to approve the deepening of the existing well rather than relocate.

Title 5 Inspections were approved at:
