The meeting was called to order at 7 PM and the 9/16/09 Minutes and the 9/23/09 Payments to Treasurer were approved.
The DPH “Cancer Incidence in Massachusetts, 2002-2006, City and Town Supplement was received, reviewed and filed.
The revised Conflict of Interest Law Summary was given to each member and a signed receipt delivered to the Town Clerk
A notice of the BCBOHA Fall Dinner was received.
A collection of e-mails regarding the H1N1 Flu was shared for review.
A DPH notice of conferences and a flyer concerning the DPH Virtual Clearinghouse was received and filed.
A Notice of Noncompliance at 92 Depot Street from DEP was reviewed and filed.
A percolation test at Map 207 lot 32.2 (McNerney Road) was approved.
Title 5 Inspections were approved at:

Applications for Disposal System Construction Permit were approved at:
