All agenda items were prepared by Bill Fuller. Bill Robinson was present to relate to any inquiries. There were no visitors or telephone calls. Ginger Conner reviewed all materials separately.
The 8/19/09 Minutes and 8/21/09 Payments to Treasurer were approved.
Five items of interest to the Board were reviewed and filed: H1N1 Liability, Statewide Conference on H1N1, Conflict of Interest Seminar, Berkshire County H1N1 Meeting and Fall Dinner Meeting.
