The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM and the 6/17/09 minutes and 6/26/09 Department Payments to Treasurer were approved.
The DPT “Situation Report: MA H1N1 Response” was received and filed.
The annual inventory of the local public water systems was received and filed after checking for accuracy.
A Board of Health member from another town emailed other BOH about a designer who was not fully acquainted with MA regulations.
The Fatal Occupational Injuries Report for 2000-2007 was received and filed.
A NACCHO H1N1 Update was received and filed.
The MA Association of Health Boards sent a copy of a news story from the Boston Globe about BOH inspections of school cafeterias that was not complimentary. The crux of the story is that local BOH need to do a better job.
DEP has new regulations and new forms to complete about Emergency Response. We are working with Enviro-Labs on our response.

A percolation test on Ronald Drive (211/64) was approved.
Applications for Disposal System Construction Permit were approved at:
29 Bracken Lane Map 217 lot 26
Tyne Road Map 203 lot 50.3
