Present: Rob Gorden, Kathy Vesteka, Neil Toomey, Chris Bleau, Richard Furlong, Tony Blair
- Business: The Board Members met with Chris Bleau, town treasurer, Richard Furlong, and Tony Blair, outgoing and incoming, respectively to discuss DOR CPC filing procedures and accounting procedures.
- Richard pointed out that the CPC committee need only rely on the town treasurer for filing of revenues with the DOR. He suggested that each reserve have its own account ( historical, community housing, open space, budgeted reserve)
- The question was raised if Bev Cooper, the town accountant has ever filed CPA funds with DOR. Chris will check with the town of Stockbridge’s treasurer for more information if she needs to.
The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
