1- Review the minutes of the meeting of November 13, 2012
2- Review and discuss selected portions of the Town Bylaws and Town Meeting Guides for various communities
3-Discuss use of sound equipment for town meetings
4- Discuss ways of increasing town meeting participation, i.e., a pre-town meeting informational meeting, mailings, etc.
5- Any other matter that may lawfully come before the committee
6- Set next meeting date
