The meeting was called to order at 9:25. Board members present were David Zagorski, Elizabeth A Will, and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of November 2, 2010. At 9:30 taxpayer Jeannette Thomas and her agent Laura Lee Bertram addressed the Board to discuss Ms Thomas’s property value. Ms Bertram requested valuation information which the Board agreed to supply. Assessors requested a 30-day extension to act on Ms Thomas’s application for abatement.
