The meeting was called to order at 9:10. Board members present were Susan H Donnelly, Elizabeth A Will and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of March 09, 2010. At 9:30, Mr Williams addressed the Board to discuss taxation of property on Johnson road.
