This is National Volunteer Recognition Week and the Town of Avon would like to thank all of its volunteers. Avon has a reputation for a wonderful quality of life and much of this is due in part to the many residents who give of themselves and their time to enhance our community. They are called “volunteers” and they enrich our lives and our community in many ways. If you know anyone who volunteers, please take the time to thank him or her for what they do for our community.
