On-line Property Card Updated

So that you may determine the impact of the proposed Town budget on your tax profile as a result of the recent revaluation of your property, the on-line Property Card with Comparative Tax Information for the Proposed 2009/2010 Budget has been updated.
Click on your street address, scroll to the bottom of your property “card” and you will see that the comparative data is displayed for the October 2007 Assessment, current mill rate of 26.53, current taxes, October 2008 Assessment, proposed mill rate of 23.41, proposed estimated taxes and proposed estimated increase/-decrease.
The Tax Calculator Forms are available to the public via the Assessor and Finance homepage and reflect the current and proposed mill rates.
