NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION
(DUE TO POWER OUTAGE / HURRICANE SANDY)
AND
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
An Executive Session and regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to be held on October 30, 2012,
that were cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy have been rescheduled to a SPECIAL MEETING to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.
An Executive Session will be held at the Avon Town Hall in the Avon Room (Bldg #1) and begin at 5:30 pm. A Special Meeting (to replace the regularly scheduled October 30 meeting) will also be held in the Avon Room and begin at 7:30pm. The agenda will be available prior to the meeting in the Planning Department, located in Building #6 at the Avon Town Hall.
