Application of Stephan & Ilona Bundschu owners/applicants; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations, Section IV.A.6., a 9’ variance from the 20’ side yard setback requirement, a 7’ variance to the 30’ rear yard setback requirement to permit a 12’x20’ storage shed, located at 132 Craigemore Circle in an R-30 zone.

Application of Omar & Parizia Meguid owners, Omar Meguid applicant; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations, Sections IV.A.6. & IV.A.4.p.(2); a 20’ variance to required 120’ front yard setback, a 27’ variance to required 30’ side yard setback requirement, to relocate a  10’x14’ shed, located at 98 Country Club Road in an R-40 zone.

Application of Timothy & Rayna Banks owners, Timothy Banks applicant; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations, Section IV.A.6., an 18’ variance to the 30’ rear yard setback requirement, to permit a 246 sq.ft. deck, stairs & railings, located at 10 Mountain Ledge Road in an R-15 zone.

Application of Jason Pisani, owner, Paul C. Magro applicant; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations, Section IV.A.2.d., a 16’ variance from the 30’ rear yard setback requirement to permit an inground pool, & an 11’ variance from the 30’ rear yard setback requirement to permit a pool house & pergola, located at 15 Scarborough Drive in an R-40 zone.
