Application of Leonard & Suzanne DelGallo, owners/applicants; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations, Section IV.A.6., a 9’ variance from the 25’ side yard setback requirement, to permit an attached 3rd bay garage addition, located at 17 Briar Hill Road in an R-40 zone.

Application of Lynne Namerow, owner, CSB Construction Inc, applicant; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations, Sections III.C. & IV.A.6., a 21’ variance from the 40’ front yard setback requirement, to permit a porch addition to an existing nonconforming dwelling, located at 3 Sunset Trail in an R-15 zone.

Application of Joanne C. Seamans, owner, Alden W. Seamans, applicant; requesting from the Avon Zoning Regulations, Section IV.A.6., a 4’ variance from the 30’ rear yard set back requirement and a 3’ variance from the 15’ side yard set back requirement to permit a detached garage to remain (24’x34’ currently constructed), located at 3 Mountain Ledge Road in an R-15 zone.
