 Mr. Westlake: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, this is the Zoning Board of Appeals. Tonight we have the following item: 14 Benham Avenue. 
 If there are no errors, omissions or additions to last month’s minutes of the meeting, the minutes will stand as written.  
 Mr. Baroody: Just one correction, you opened the meeting the last time, you had Mr. Darrow. 
 Ms. Westlake: I will make that correction, sorry about that.  
 Mr. Westlake: With said correction all in favor of approving the minutes.

 14 Benham Avenue.R1 zoning district. Area variance for shed placement. Applicant: Richard Marullo. ____________________________________________________________ 
 Mr. Westlake: 14 Benham Avenue please come to the podium and state your name and tell us what you would like to do. 
 Mr. Marullo: My name is Richard Marullo and I want to get a variance to have a shed replaced. 
 Mr. Westlake: Ok, any questions from the board? 
 Ms. Marteney: It was a good packet with good photographs. Easy to understand. 
 Mr. Tamburrino: It is sitting in the same spot right. 
 Mr. Marullo: I can’t hear too well. 
 Mr. Tamburrino: Ok, you are going to place the new shed where the old shed is right? 
 Mr. Marullo: Yes. 
 Mr. Tamburrino: Ok, same orientation long this way? 
 Mr. Marullo: Right.  
 Mr. Tamburrino: Ok. 
 Mr. Marullo: It is going the same way but I am going to have vinyl siding to match the house with the green shutters.  
 Mr. Tamburrino: Ok, thank you. 
 Mr. Westlake: Thank you very much. Is there anyone here wishing to speak for or against this application?  
 Mr. Marullo: There is only one house there are only two houses on the street. 
 Mr. Westlake: Ok, if you will be seated we will discuss this. There is no one here for or against.  
 Mr. Darrow: Pretty cut and dried. 
 Mr. Westlake: Yes. Do I hear a motion? 
 Mr. Baroody: I would like to make a motion that we grant Richard Marullo of 14 Benham Avenue an area variance for the placement of an 8 x 12 storage shed, 2 ½ feet from the attached garage as submitted.  
 Mr. Darrow: I will second the motion. 
 VOTING IN FAVOR: Ms. Marteney, Mr. Baroody, Mr. Darrow, Ms. Calarco, Mr. Tamburrino, Mr. Westlake
