Roll was called. AGENDA ITEM #1: MINUTES A motion was made by Joyce Cavanaugh to approve the minutes of August 7, 2001, seconded by John Rogalski Aye: John Breanick John Rogalski Joyce Cavanaugh Laurie Michelman Donna Bruno Minutes of August 7, 2001 accepted and approved. AGENDA ITEM #2: Public Hearing for Site Plan Review and Action Chairman Charlie Beck Chairman Steve Lynch A motion to pass a SEQRA Negative Determination: 31 Allen Street, Autech Plastics Building Expansion, Auburn, NY was made by Joyce Cavanaugh Seconded by: Donna Bruno Aye: Laurie Michelman Joyce Cavanaugh John Rogalski Donna Bruno John Breanick Resolution accepted and approved Mark Divietro just arrived for the meeting. John Rogalski stepped in as chairperson and finished the meeting. AGENDA ITEM #4: Public Hearing for Proposal to establish a six-month moratorium on conversions of single-family residences into two and three family units Vijay Mital David Tehan Vijay Mital Chairman Frank Benosky Chairman Natalie Strayer A motion to approve a resolution recommending to the Auburn City Council for a six (6) month moratorium on all multi-unit conversions Auburn, NY was made by Mark DiVietro Seconded by: Joyce Cavanaugh Aye - Laurie Michelman Joyce Cavanaugh John Rogalski Mark DiVietro Donna Bruno Resolution accepted and approved Vijay Mital** - Announced the next meeting would be held on October 2, 2001, regular time 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
