January Director’s Report:
Monthly Intake for January (69) and December (27). Complainants consisted of concerns for housing, employment, legal matters, and program information.
Monthly Budget: Members please see monthly activity report attached.
Black History Month planning: Complete. All promotional and media pieces complete. All program details – complete.
Juneteenth Day 2006: Planning ongoing. The program is scheduled for Thursday, June 15 from 1-3 pm at the Booker T. Washington Community Center. More details to follow as the program date nears.
Women’s History Month: March 14th program planning underway. This year’s program is held at Herman Elementary School, grades 1 & 2. Times and details forthcoming.
HR Scholarship Fundraiser: Mailer - ongoing
Advertising Campaign/Public Awareness: ongoing.
