Christina reviews in-house Certificates of Appropriateness issued to 85 South St. and 72 South St. Motion to accept made by Jim, seconded by Richard. All members vote approval. Motion carried.
46 South St. Restoration/repair in-kind of carriage house.
Scott and Cynthia Bullock – explains project
Jim – recommends 3 panel horizontal garage door without curved windows
Christina – recommends architectural design windows
Motion to approve with 3 panel garage door made by Jim, seconded by Betty. All members vote approval. Motion carried.
46 South St. Repair in-kind 2nd story side ballustrades
Motion to approve made by Richard, seconded by David. All members vote approval. Motion carried.
