Mike Deming calls the meeting to order. There is not a quorum so no items will be voted on.
Certificates of Appropriateness.

2. 135 South St.
3. 39 Grover St.
General discussion of applications by members present.
20 Elizabeth St. – Steve will notify applicant of the direction the Board wishes for her to take.
135 South St. – the fence is appropriate. Install landscaping in front to hide the pool from the street. Submit planting schedule to Stephen Selvek.
39 Grover St. – presented by Stephen Selvek. Marvin wood frame aluminum clad, cottage style if possible. Manufactured to fit existing openings.
