Meeting Minutes
April 8, 2008
Present: Betty Lewis, Mike Deming, Jim Hutchinson, David Thurston. Staff: Steve Selvek, Alicia McKeen
Mike Deming calls the meeting to order.
Certificates of Appropriateness.
39 Grover St. – replace side door, build pediment, remove rear porch, 3 new windows in rear. Steve and Christina Selvek.
Steve Selvek – this came about in part by a kitchen remodel which the porch runs off from.
General discussion of work to be done.
Motion for approval made by Jim Hutchinson, seconded by Betty Lewis. All members vote approval. Motion carried.
Mike Deming - Reminder that before and after pictures are required.
Reminder – Mike Long is trying to set up training seminars instructing what to look for when reviewing and approving Certificates of Appropriateness applications.
