Meeting Minutes
February 8, 2005

1. Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. in the 1st floor caucus room of Memorial City Hall
In attendance were members: Mike Deming, Ellen Clark, Sam Swan and staff member Alicia McKeen. Guests included David Taylor, Gail Ingalls, Steve & Christina Selvek, Tim Mochel.
2. Approval of Minutes: As there is no quorum no votes will be called.
David Taylor gave an update on the comprehensive overview. Stated Auburn was a great City with amenities other communities would like to have. It is a 1.5 yr project that they are 1/3 through. Photos were taken last summer and put together in a series of “blue” forms. Reviews report. Will be doing statements of significance on photos Gail took. Will return in 1 to 2 months for further review.
Preservation week – a workshop for community preservation has been scheduled for people to bring in their own info.
Mike Deming reviews the proposed project for Osborn Library restoration at 3 Fitch Ave
Adjournment: Next meeting March 8, 2005 at Memorial City Hall at 7:45 P.M. – 1st floor caucus room.
