Chair asks for a motion to accept the minutes. Motion made by Bob Smith and seconded by Dave Klimek. All members vote approval-minutes accepted.
Agenda Item 2: Ratify List of License Renewals for 2003
Chair asks for a motion to ratify list of licenses. Motion made by Bob Smith and seconded by Brian Hicks. All members vote approval-2003 License renewals ratified.

Letter from Greene County regarding reciprocal.
List of expired licensees.
Napa location.
