Jeff Delbel is acting chair.
Chair calls meeting to order and asks if there are any questions, changes, etc. to the October 17, 2007 or November 13, 2007 minutes. Minutes accepted.
Jennifer Haines introduces new staff member Marlene Bryant.
Bruce Sherman – introduces application for JJML dba Northstar Management.
Peter Currier, son of Jim Currier of Currier Plastics – starting a construction management company at the former Red Star building. In process of cleaning and repairing at the time. Using as construction management company and equipment storage. Will be used as company office and storage. Rental of other spaces.
Bruce Sherman – reviews cost benefit analysis.
Motion to accept made by Sally Widmer-Post, seconded by Arlene Ryan. All members vote approval. Motion carried.
Arlene questions if any big prospects coming into the City.
Jennifer Haines – working with several different businesses at this time that are generating income and jobs but nothing excessively large.
Motion for adjournment made by Arlene Ryan, seconded by Anne Kubarek. All members vote approval. Meeting adjourned.
