Auburn Economic Development Zone Board

Present: Arlene Ryan, Michael Trapani, Ann Kubarek, Jeff Delbel, Sally Jo Widmer, Judy Wright.
Excused: Walter Dungey, Tom McNabb, Tom Ganey.

Ann Kubarek called the meeting to order at 2:00PM. Motion to accept October 5, 2004 meeting minutes made by Jeff Delbel, seconded by Arlene Ryan. All members voted to approve. Motion carried.
Developmental Policy
Cynthia explained the changes to the Development Policy.
Jeff Delbel suggested that “back into the business” be added on page three (3), fifth paragraph.
Sally Jo Widmer made a motion to approve the policy as amended and direct that it be sent to Empire State Development Zone Office in Albany. Second by Arlene Ryan. Motion passed unanimously.
Jeff Delbel made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Sally Jo Widmer. All members vote to approve. Meeting adjourned.
