Invocation
Mayor Quill asked Father Louis Vasile, Pastor of St. Alphonsus Church to give the invocation.
Pledge of Allegiance

Mayor Quill asks City Clerk Debra McCormick to call the roll for the 2011 City Council. Councilors Graney, McNabb, Smith Brower and Mayor Quill all Present.
Mayor Quill called on Councilors Brower and McNabb to speak of the wished to do so. Councilor Brower made a brief statement.
Oaths of Office
Councilor Elect John M. Camardo took the oath of office – given by his son John Camardo Jr., with along with his wife Lisa Camardo, his mother Marion Camardo, and his sisters, Mary Ann Balloni, Donna Bruno and Lisa Minnoe.
Councilor Elect Peter J. Ruzicka took the oath of office – given by Mary Ann Balloni and his brother Paul J. Ruzicka, sister-in-law Debbie Ruzicka and nephews John Paul and Frank Joseph.
Mayor Michael D. Quill (Re-Elected for second term) took the oath – given by Judge Thomas G. Leone with the Mayor’s wife Joan Quill, his son, Michael Quill Jr., daughter-in-law, Megan Quill, Daughter Colleen Cross and Robert Cross, son in-law, and his grandsons, Jonathan and Daniel Cross.
Mayor Quill asked the City Clerk to call the Roll for the 2012 City Council.
Remarks
Mayor Quill invited each new Councilor to make remarks if the wished. Councilor Camardo and Ruzicka both took time to make a brief statement.
Mayor Quill followed the Councilors with a brief statement of his own.
Benediction
Mayor Quill asked Father Frank E. Lioi, Pastor of St. Mary’s Church to give the Benediction.
Mayor Quill asked for a motion to adjourn. Councilors Camardo and Ruzicka sponsored and seconded. The vote was unanimous. This meeting adjourned at 12:30PM.
