Council moved into Executive Session at 7:10pm to discuss the employment history of a particular person, and existing, pending or potential litigation. Sponsored by Councilor Dempsey, seconded by Councilor Graney. Vote: Councilor Graney, McNabb, Smith, Dempsey, aye and Mayor Lattimore, no. CARRIED.
