Emergency Meeting called by the City Manager.
Roll Call – Mayor Lattimore, Councilors McNabb, Smith and Graney, Present. Councilor Dempsey absent.
Staff Members Present – John Salomone, City Manager, Thomas Leone, Corporation Counsel, Debra McCormick, City Clerk.
All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
The Mayor asked for a moment of silence.
Council moved to adjourn to executive session at 4:10PM to discuss the following:
§ Proposed, pending of current litigation
§ Financial history of a particular person or corporation
§ Employment history of a particular person or corporation
Vote to go into executive session: Councilor Graney, McNabb, Smith, aye, and Mayor Lattimore, no, Councilor Dempsey absent. CARRIED.
Council returned from executive session at 5:40PM.
Motion to adjourn by Councilor McNabb, seconded by Councilor Graney. All were in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 5:45PM.
