Financial Update
The City Manager reviewed the finance report for the period ending 12.31.03. Council discussed.
Demolition Update
The City Manager and Engineering Superintendent presented an update on the demolition of the following properties:
ü 116 Osborne St.
ü 17 Barber St.
ü 10 Miller St.
ü 10-12 Venice St.
ü 47 Wood St.
Public to be heard –
Joseph Leo Grande, 161 Genesee St. commented on the work and successes of the Parks Commission. He asked Council to keep funding in future budgets for music and arts. He also spoke to Council about issues relating to Driver Education.
Mayor Lattimore thanked Mr. Leo Grande for his work on the Parks Commission.
Other Business –
Resolution #8 of 2004 authorizing a change in the time of the January 22, 2004 from 6:00PM to 5:00PM. Vote: Councilor Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey and Mayor Lattimore – aye. PASSED.
Council adjourned to executive session at 7:15PM.
